This is my induction form on a project where we had to make our own poster based on the 3 given art choices.  My choice was pop art as to me it is the easiest one to do and gives the easiest ideas. I have never done pop art before so this was my first ever attempt. Overall I think the project went well and my idea was done in the way I wanted it to be.

Shaun of the dead Foley Clip

this is a clip from shaun of the dead. the objective of my clip is to add the sound effects in the clips using foley. beforehand i didnt know what the actual clip sounded like so this was not based off of the clip and was purely based off of general knowledge.

theres alot in the clip that has been missed out that i didnt know was in the original. for example the phone ringing or the coughing. my audio could have been longer to avoid annoying cuts inbetween the walking. some clips could have lasted longer to give it more of the effect i was going for.

this was all done using a sound recorder and general equipment just lying around. it was very convenient that there was a tesco next to the college so we could just walk across and get most of the shop noises we needed from there.

the sound recorder didnt enjoy picking up quieter sounds so everything we did had to be exaggerated so it would pick it up. this makes the product a little louder than intended but its what we had to work with.
